Refund Policy

At High Performance Cosmeceuticals, refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days at admin@highperformancecosmeceuticals.com.au with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

We will organise a replacement or refund accordingly.


Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • Customers assume all risk for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit

Please contact us before returning your item to confirm eligibility.


Adverse Reactions or Skin Purging

If you experience a reaction, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@highperformancecosmeceuticals.com.au with your order details.

Our team will assess your case and advise on next steps.

Please note:

  • Our formulations are highly active, and temporary skin purging may occur, which is a normal response
  • Products have a 24-month shelf life. We do not guarantee results beyond this period
  • We recommend reviewing ingredient lists if you have known sensitivities or allergies


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

High Performance Cosmeceuticals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you do not receive this within 12 hours, please contact us.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
  • Express Shipping: $15
  • International Standard: $35
  • International Express: $50


Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on Australian and New Zealand orders over $150.

Please note: if discounts or promotions reduce the order value below $150, free shipping does not apply.


Processing Times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If so, we will notify you.


Delivery Estimates

  • International Standard: 6–10 business days
  • International Express: 3–7 business days


Important Notes

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If unavailable, your parcel may be taken to a local post office or left in a safe place


International Orders

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Possible Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to high demand or weather conditions. While uncommon, these are outside our control.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase (during business hours) by contacting us via email.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will be issued once cancellation is confirmed.


Promotions

Only one promotion code can be used per order.

All promotions are subject to availability, time limits, and conditions.
